Postdoctoral Fellowships
The Claude Shannon Institute is now accepting applications for postdoctoral fellows in any of the following areas:
- Coding theory
- Cryptography
- Discrete Mathematics
- Algebra
- Algebraic Geometry
- Number Theory
Positions for 2009 have been filled.
Postdoctoral Fellow salary: Euro 49,507 + Travel
Starting Date: September 2009 if possible
Fellowships are for two years.

The postdoctoral fellowship will be under the guidance/supervision of one of the Irish members of the Claude Shannon Institute. A successful candidate will form an integral part of one of the research projects of the Institute. These interdisciplinary projects are:
