Conferences/Workshops Attended: November 16-20 2009: Brian Baldwin (CSI) attended the ECRYPT-II Hash3; Proofs, Analysis, and Implementation, workshop and Autumn School in Tenerife, Spain. While there Brian gave a presentation on "Hardware Implementations of Hash Functions: CubeHash, Echo, fugue, Grostl, Hamsi, JH, Shabal, SHAvite-3 and SIMD". Work was also done to define a standard hardware set of specifications for NIST.
